Jolaine Elien is an Architect of Organizational Good. She’s founder of Blueprint 4 Good and haes more than 15 years of experience strengthening organizations from the inside out. She’s a champion for those doing good and those seeking long-term stability both in her work and her volunteerism. A social entrepreneur, Blueprint 4 Good works with both for-profit and non-profit organizations which improve the lives of people around the world and give back in meaningful ways.

Serving as a Fractional COO, Jolaine believes in human-centered leadership and operational excellence. She leads from the intersection of  strategy and execution, holding senior leadership roles and leading cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, facilities, compliance, and governance. Her work has included organizational mergers, infrastructure rebuilds, board partnerships, enterprise risk  management, and multi-year strategic planning.  

A 2026 Winner of the Charlotte Ledger’s 40 over 40 award, Jolaine is deeply engaged in civic  leadership and board service in the US and abroad, and has a strong commitment to equitable, community-centered impact. She began her career at a global professional services firm and later held leadership roles in both nonprofit and private-sector environments, giving her a pragmatic, system-oriented approach to problem-solving and organizational design. She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte.
